However, I was fortunate to be greeted by three extraordinary team members who exemplified kindness, compassion, and professionalism throughout my experience. Not only were they courteous to me, but they also extended their warmth and politeness to my son, which I truly appreciated. It disheartens me to see negative reviews, as I believe that every situation is unique. What I learned today is that kindness is a twoway street.
